In September Concept launched the
fastest Cordless 115mm Angle Grinder into the market from Durofix which once again sets the standard with its superfast 12000 RPM and powered by the best in 3.0Ah Li-ion batteries and the quite superb Durofix motor.
September also saw the the introduction of the new
18V Li-ion Impact and Collated Driver which is capable of handling collated screws from 25mm to 75mm with ease be they collated drywall or wood screws. Building on the award winning 14.4V version of this same tool the new tool uses the latest in Li-ion batteries and is lighter, faster, more capable and easier to use than its predeccesor and once again set and stretches the benchmark on all the other tools that are similar.

July will see the launch of the new
Gas Fired Nailers that accompany our
Quikload nails and the range includes Framing Nailer, Angled and Straight Brad Nailers and a Concrete Pin Gun. Extremely reliable, quality tools the cost of these tools is significantly cheaper than the main competition.
Concept launches the latest innovation from Durofix, an
18V 3.0Ah Li-ion Impact Wrench with a massive 500Nm of torque some 60Nm more than Makita’s and Milwaukee’s equivalent tools and 82Nm more than DeWalt’s equivalent tool. The tool also has a good RPM and BPM and is quite simply the top tool in its class as we believe all the Durofix tools to be.
April 2009After testing Durofix power tools at the end of November 2008 Concept has been asked to supply power tools and KTX Woodscrews to the Professional’s on the BBC’s DIY SOS. Concept even supplied some special Pink Tools made especially for the interior designer on the programme. All the tools and screws have received great feedback from the people on the programme and they could not be happier with the quality of the products.
December 2008Phil Davy from Good Woodworking selects the

Corded Collated Screwdriver and Autofeed , which by October when the new extended attachment and pole are available will become the all-in-one collated autofeed power tool .
